CAPS is a membership based nonprofit organization.

 

Individual Membership is only $25 for 1 full year of privileges.

 

Nonprofit Organizations can join for $75 for 1 full year and have up to four individual members active under the one Organizational Membership.

 

Once members join, they can take our training courses, check out equipment and submit programs for cablecast on CAPS Channel 6 within the City of Ventura.

 

To become a member of CAPS, come into our Media Center with the eligibility information required below and pay our membership fee in Cash, Check, or select a payment option from PayPal here.

To complete your membership application process, please bring the following to our CAPS Media Center in person:

 

  1. A printed copy of the completed Membership Application Form

  2. Cash, check or a printed copy of your PayPal receipt

  3. You must also provide one of the following to be verified for an Individual Membership:

bullet

Valid photo ID (driver's license) or other proof of residency (cable or other utility bill) addressed within the City of Ventura

bullet

Proof of employment or ownership of a business addressed within the City of Ventura

bullet

Proof of current attendance as a student at an educational facility within Ventura County

            (dated college class registration or current school photo ID)

  1. Nonprofit organizations within Ventura County may submit a list of names on company letterhead of up to four individuals. These individuals will be authorized to represent the nonprofit organization under an Organization Membership.  The organization must also provide proof of the organizations 501-C3 status.
